01

Water-damaged textile cleaning

A considered response to water exposure.

We evaluate affected clothing, linens, and other textiles for cleaning options based on material, condition, and the nature of the water exposure. The proposed scope is coordinated around the needs of the project.

02

Smoke and fire-damaged textile cleaning

Careful evaluation after a fire.

Smoke exposure affects different fibers in different ways. We assess textile condition and coordinate appropriate cleaning approaches, with clear communication about limitations and items that may not be recoverable.

03

Odor treatment

An approach guided by the textile.

We evaluate odor concerns and coordinate treatment suited to the material and exposure. Results depend on the condition of the item and the source and extent of the odor; removal cannot be guaranteed.

04

Textile pickup and delivery

A coordinated handoff, from collection to return.

We coordinate collection and delivery with the contractor or property contact. Access, handling needs, and scheduling are discussed as part of the project scope.

05

Inventory and documentation

Clarity at every handoff.

We coordinate textile inventory and project documentation to support an organized restoration process. Documentation requirements and the level of item detail are agreed upon during assessment.

06

Temporary textile storage

Planning for the time between cleaning and return.

When a project requires temporary holding, we evaluate and coordinate suitable arrangements subject to availability and project requirements. Storage scope, location, and terms are confirmed before collection.

Every loss deserves an individual assessment.

Restoration suitability, treatment scope, collection logistics, and any storage arrangements are confirmed for each project. Contact us before sending textiles or arranging a drop-off.
